We all want to change things - whether it be finances, confidence or to stop repeating cycles - but never look at how we even ended up in the situation.

Our belief system is the creator of our reality and is the reason why you are in the place you are.

We didn't get a choice of what we believed in growing up but we do get the choice now. The outdated beliefs that you are holding onto were placed on you and have completely altered your reality. 

If you grew up hearing "Money is hard to come by" "Rich people are lazy" "Money doesn't grow on trees" it is ingrained into your subconscious mind that money will always be a problem in your life - no matter what you think and know logically.

If you grew up hearing "You can't make mistakes" or got in trouble when you did make a mistake, you are going to be terrified to step into the unknown or get out of your comfort zone - because subconsciously your brain thinks failure = death. No matter what you know logically. 

 This goes for anything from confidence, the ability to follow through, eating habits, money, relationships and so much more.

As an EASE facilitator I work with you to get to the root cause of what is holding you back so you can move on once and for all.

After getting to the root cause we go through a release technique that releases the outdated belief physical, mentally and energetically. Then we work on implementing a belief that serves and supports you moving forward so you can go from effort to ease.

EASE is a specialized modality that allows for authentic ENERGY ALIGNMENT using a combination of techniques for emotional release, mindset shifts, body balancing and transformational coaching

  • How long is a session?

    25 - 40 minutes

  • Will I need more than one session?

    It is common for other blocks to come up during a session. It is up to you if you would like to continue with them or remain with one session.

  • What happens during a session?

    We identify the root cause of what is holding you back/making you unhappy, go through a release technique to remove the block mentally and energetically, then implement a new belief that will support and serve you moving forward.
